Payment Information:
Orders for in-stock items completed through this website can be paid for using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover), or your PayPal account, or "Bill Me Later" ® from PayPal.

Phone orders for back ordered items will result in us emailing you an invoice, which you can pay by any of the above methods, or by snail-mailing a check. Orders will be processed when funds are received.

Sales Tax:
We are located in Lewisville, Texas, just north of Dallas. We collect 8.25% sales tax on anything shipped to a Texas address or picked up from the machine shop.

Shipping Information:
Normal processing time for in-stock orders is 24 hours. In other words we will ship it next business day. If we get the order early enough in the day it might ship same day. For special or rush orders customers should contact us directly. We use FedEx Ground for almost everything, so we do not ship to PO Boxes. Once in the shipping stream, normal delivery time is 1-4 days for continental U.S. (depending on distance from Dallas - see FedEx map below) Please call or email for all other destinations prior to ordering. Axle lift kits fit in a small FedEx Express box so they go by "Express Saver" mode. Seems to take them 3 days wherever we send them to (even just around the corner)

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund will be promptly issued. Unopened items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in original packaging. If received in good condition we will give a full refund minus our shipping charges. If product has been used/installed/damaged we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

How do I check my order's status?
We will email you when your order is received, and again when it ships, including your FedEx tracking information.

What are your customer service hours?
Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time. Phone: 1-469-312-1222 This is the machine shop phone and we sometimes won't hear it above the noise of the machinery. There are just 3 of us in the shop. We have no receptionist or salesperson or shipping person or web support person. We all do everything. We do monitor CasitaClub.com and CasitaForum.com and CasitaOwners on Facebook If we are busy making stuff, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!



Latest News 5-15-2017: Wow. If you have noticed that the item you want is out of stock, it's because we are selling things as fast as we can make them! That said. Hitches are back in stock. Lowpros for Honda are in stock. A new full load of shocks will be on hand within a couple of weeks. The waitlist cleaned out our Over tank platforms but more are ordered. NOTE: If you email or call us you may get slow answers from us. We are sorry! We have hired a person to answer messages but they need to be trained on our products first ... so help is on the way!
